Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You'll get another notification with tracking once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Times & Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after processing, depending on your location within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to become active.

 

Delays

Occasionally, shipping may be delayed due to high demand, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll help.

 

Wrong or Undeliverable Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
